Exchange, Refunds, Alterations and Guarantees.

From the day of delivery, you as the customer have 14 days to return your goods if you are for any reason not satisfied. You will receive a full refund for your goods providing they are not damaged and that they are returned within the said 14 day period.

On receiving your goods if you find that for example a chain is too long or a ring is too small, we will offer a free alteration but will charge for return post and packaging (please see Delivery section).

We offer a three year guarantee on all our jewellery items. If you, yourself happen to damage the jewellery we will gladly carry out any repairs but a reasonable charge will be incurred (including return post and packaging).
